“Elementary, my Dear Watson” – Create your Perfect Crime

221b Baker StreetFans of the iconic detective game 221b Baker Street, which recreates the authentic essence of legendary Sherlock Holmes, have the exciting opportunity to come up with the perfect crime that even Sherlock Holmes himself would struggle to get to the bottom of!

221b Baker Street is Gibsons detective board game that encourages players to assume the role of Holmes and his use of forensic skills to solve difficult cases, as they search through the streets and alleys of London to pick up clues and attempt to unravel the most intriguing cases Holmes and Watson have ever faced.

The plan is simple; each budding writer must create their own case worthy of Arthur Conan Doyle himself along with a solution by Friday the 25th April 2014 that is no longer than 1000 words. These crimes will not go unrewarded. The top ten entries will receive their own copy of 221b Baker Street board game and the winning writer will receive a luxury night for two in the famous Sherlock Park Plaza hotel that is situated on Baker Street, the address that was made famous by the celebrated detective.

If you would like to enter the 221b competition, send your perfect crime scene to marketing@gibsonsgames.co.uk or post to Gemini Court, Throwley Way, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4AF with ‘221b Baker Street’ as the subject/address line. Closing date is 25th April 2014 and the winning entries will be announced by the 30th May 2014.
