Alison Morgan writes under the name A B Morgan. Her books include a new series published by Hobeck Books – The Quirk Files book 1  ‘Over Her Dead Body’ has been joined by, ‘Throttled’  where readers, once again, meet up with the delightful husband and wife team of Private Investigators, Connie and Peddyr Quirk. Humour can always be found within Alison’s crime novels which also include ‘A Justifiable Madness,’ and ‘Divine Poison’, as well as four books featuring investigative reporter Konrad Neale, the first of which  (‘The Camera Lies’) really saw Alison emerge as a crime writer. This summer brings the release of ‘Verity Vanishes,‘ book 3 in The Quirk Files mystery series.

Her background as a specialist mental health professional plays a significant part in Alison’s novels and as a lively speaker she shares her journey from nurse to crime writer via writing workshops, festivals and public speaking events (also online). Most recently she has ventured into narration with the prequel novella to The Quirk Files – ‘Old Dogs, Old Tricks’ now on audiobook as is ‘Over Her Dead Body’ , with more to come any day now..
