Len Maynard

Len Maynard has published over 40 books in a 40+year writing career. He writes in collaboration with Mick Sims under the name Maynard Sims and together has been responsible for many books of short ghost and horror stories, a number of supernatural novels, including the very popular Department 18 series, a series of thrillers set in the Bahamas featuring adventurer Harry Beck, as well as standalone horror and crime novels. Most recently, he introduced the well-received Jack Callum Mysteries, crime novels set in the late 1950’s, early 60’s. The series runs to six volumes and have now been republished under his own name, as the DCI Jack Callum Mysteries. Sometimes he sleeps, but not often. He lives alone in North Hertfordshire with four computers.
