When not writing, Lorraine Mace is engaged in many writing-related activities. She has been a columnist for both Writing Magazine and Writers’ Forum and was for many years the head judge for Writers’ Forum monthly fiction competitions. She runs her own private critique and author mentoring service.

She is the author of the D.I. Sterling series, published by Headline. Headline recently published her first standalone psychological thriller, THE GUEST. Her second standalone will be published April 2024.
