Kathrin Lange
Although Kathrin Lange wanted to join the police K9 squad for work, her love of books won out in the end. She first became a bookseller and then a writer. Her first novel was published in 2005 and since then she has published more than 25 novels (mostly crime and young adult). In 2014 she started the series with Berlin special investigator Faris Iskander, the first volume of which instantly was opted for TV. Kathrin Lange also is member of P.E.N and ITW. Together with her husband and a black Labrador she lives in a small town in Lower Saxony.
