Fiona Gartland is a crime writer, journalist and former section editor with The Irish Times. She has covered many trials at the Criminal Courts of Justice and the Family Law Courts, as well as crime and politics.
She was shortlisted for the Francis MacManus Short Story Competition on half a dozen occasions, has had stories broadcast on RTÉ Radio and has been published in magazines including The Stinging Fly.
She lives in Dublin with her husband and four children.
