Hunted was shortlisted for the 2019 UEA Crime Writing prize by Little, Brown. It was long listed for the Grindstone literary prize. And, according to Dea Parkin of the CWA, came ‘very close’ to being long listed for the 2020 Debut Dagger. Needless to say he rewrote it as a result to make it better.

The opening section of Endangered was shortlisted for the 2020 First Pages Prize awarded by the American Library of Paris.
