With a background as a Criminal Defence Solicitor-Advocate I am currently engaged in a number of diverse roles. These include judicial work in the Crown Court, as a Tribunal Judge, an Adjudicator and chairing hearings for the Police Misconduct Panel. In addition I train investigators, advocates and judges in relation to best practice in interviewing, cross-examination and decision making.
Author of two non-fiction books:
