T. A. Belshaw hails from the old, industrial town of Ilkeston in Derbyshire where he lives with his feisty cat, Mia. He has two children and two grandchildren.

A multi-genre author, Trevor is the author of the Unspoken, dual timeline, family saga trilogy and the spin off Christmas novel, Hopes and Fears.

He is also the author of the hilarious, Tracy’s Hot Mail series and a noir, suspense novella, Out of Control.

In 2022, SpellBound Books Ltd released his two very well received, Golden Age, Cosy Crime novels, Murder at the Mill and Death at the Lychgate. Set in 1930s England. the novels feature amateur sleuth, Amy Rowlings, a character who first appeared in the Unspoken trilogy. The Murder Awards, the third book in the series was released on November 5th 2023.

Murder on the Medway, the fourth Amy Rowlings mystery will be released by SpellBound Books on 30th April 2024.

In January 2023. Audible released the audiobook version of Hopes and Fears, narrated by Deborah Balm.

On April 1st 2024, the audiobook version of Murder at the Mill will be released by Soundings. Narrated by Gemma Lawrence.
