Pamela Hart is an award-winning novelist of more than 40 books for both children and adults.

Her new series, the Poppy McGowan Mysteries, starts with Digging Up Dirt (Harper Collins/HQ, 2021).

Pamela has been mainly known as an historical novelist; her latest book is The Charleston Scandal (Hachette Australia/Piatkus Books, 2020), which she describes as ‘Downton Abbey meets 42nd St’, and which is set in the London theatrical world of 1923, featuring Fred Astaire and Noël Coward.

As Pamela Freeman, she writes children’s fiction and fantasy for adults. Pamela lives in Sydney with her husband (children’s writer Stephen Hart) and son.

She is available for zoom book clubs, library or school workshops, etc.
