Lexie Elliott
Sub-genre: psychological, suspense
Lexie Elliott started writing as a child, but began to focus on it more seriously after losing her banking job in the Global Financial Crisis. With two kids and a (new) job, it took time for her first novel to arrive on the page, but the result was The French Girl (2018). The Missing Years followed in 2019.
In 2007, Lexie swam the English Channel solo. She won’t be doing that again. In 2015, she ran 100km, raising money for Alzheimer Scotland. She won’t be doing that again either. But the odd triathlon or marathon isn’t out of the question.
