Dave Sivers is an Indie author whose books include the popular Archer and Baines police procedurals set in Buckinghamshire’s Aylesbury Vale. There are seven books in the series to date. In Ink, published in 2020, is a serial killer chiller set in Hertfordshire and introduces DI Nathan Quarrel; the sequel, In Ice, was published in 2022. His short fiction has earned prizes and publication, and he has also written for newspapers and magazines as well as plays and other material for the amateur stage. He is co-founder of the BeaconLit literary festival, which takes place annually in Ivinghoe, Buckinghamshire, and a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors.
