Holly Watt spent over a decade working on Fleet Street as a staff writer for the Sunday Times, the Telegraph and the Guardian. She worked on investigative stories ranging from MPs’ Expenses at the Telegraph to the Panama Papers at the Guardian. She also travelled all over the world, reporting from a variety of locations – including Afghanistan, Libya and Lebanon.
Her debut novel – To The Lions – won the 2019 CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger. Her second novel – The Dead Line – is due out in April 2020.
She now lives in Devon with her partner and her daughter.
